Sometimes only the best will do. It may be a special occasion, or it may be that you feel you deserve only the very best and anything less would be simply unacceptable. Certainly we believe everyone deserves to experience real luxury at least once in their lives.
Our luxury holidays are rarely packaged and are usually tailored specifically to our clients requirements. A good example would be a tour we arranged for one of our long-standing horse-racing clients. He wished to visit many of the world's major racecourses in a grand tour. We arranged his travel and accommodation and also admission to the Jockey Club at each location.
A few years ago we organised the Rolls Royce Owners Club Tour of Italy, another highly individual tour including the transportation of vintage automobiles by rail.
Luxury is in many ways a state of mind. It is a relative term that can mean different things to different people. For new clients our first job is to ensure we fully understand their requirements. Many of our clients now trust their entire arrangements to us. They tell us briefly what they require and have no further input until they receive their tickets and itinerary.
Professional relationships such as these are only established over time. We have been around for over 40 years, our staff have an average length of service with the company of over 10 years. It is this continuity and mutual respect which perhaps best highlights the role of a professional travel agent in the 21st century.
