As time went on, I became more and more aware of the amount of time and wealth of experience you put into arranging our trip......you have taken on a God-like status to the children.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to you for all your assistance and helpfulness in arranging our Air Tours/Aegean Cruise and the extra week in Cyprus. It was much appreciated and we had a wonderful time. To be honest, there were a couple of times when we got a bit nervous in making the arrangements/paying on the internet (a famous first for us) but it all turned out very very good, as we believed it would, despite those nervous times. I have recently been planning an independent trip to the Continent..............as you can imagine, organisation of this trip has involved an awful lot of contact with people in the travel industry. Generally I have met with difficulties, problems, ignorance and gross stupidity until I visited your branch............I only wish I had started my planning with you and therefore saved myself a lot of wasted time and headaches.
